Worked example
An evidence record states what was available or observed. A finding explains a comparison with agreed criteria. An action is a response to be carried out. Verification records what was checked afterward. Keeping those stages distinct prevents a plan or promise from being reported as an achieved result.
Use the resource
Use the full course title and catalogue group when enquiring. Use the actual appointment and current legal or professional source when a term has a formal meaning. Where two parties use a term differently, clarify the intended output before agreeing work.
